... Hannah Wear was born in Los Angeles where she attended primary and secondary schools. Hannah is a systems expert with an understanding of contemporary and alternative mechanical systems. She is a specialist in passive and active solar design and has hands on experience working with pholtovoltaics and wind power generation. She is concerned with the environmental quality of the materials used in buildings and has extensive knowledge about environmentally responsible building products. Hannah is a bamboo building specialist with hands on experience using innovative modern bamboo building techniques and has lead several workshops on bamboo construction.

Kevin Parkhurst is an environmental planner and designer and has an aptitude for overall conceptual design and integrating construction and mechanical systems to enhance and harmonize with the design. Kevin is a licensed contractor and was a founder and principal partner in a design and construction firm in Oregon before coming to work for Eric. Kevin offers expertise in ecological design principles and alternative technologies, with direct experience in construction administration, alternative construction methods and the creation and implementation of education programs that promote alternative technologies.

John puts his background in art, design, technical illustration and construction at the service of a compelling interest in environmental and cultural protection. John believes in "7th generation" regional solutions that consider the needs of today and tomorrow. He has volunteered his skills in construction and drafting to schools in Panama and Honduras and for housing in Los Angeles with Habitat for Humanity. John works tirelessly as an advocate for public transportation causes and to promote social and environmental responsibility.
